How powerful is The Witness?
He’s shown power beyond anything we have ever seen.
Could he be considered an omnipotent being? Could The Traveler be considered one as well?

He’s literally Megamind but with the Darkness. He can use every element of pure unfiltered Dark energy with the literal flick of his finger. He can use the element of total control as Osiris mentioned Stasis was the embodiment of, and he can also use the mind and the mental to mess with things as well just like Strand in a way is the embodiment of.
