Hey there. I see you are cross-saved using XBox Live characters. Did you set cross-save up with Steam before or after buying the Annual Pass edition of Lightfall?

I set it up after I bought the Annual Pass. I didn't know it was a thing until it showed up in my game.

So these got applied to your Steam game profile, which may not have even had any characters. When you subsequently cross-saved, your incoming XBox characters made the Steam profile go dormant and inaccessible, taking the season passes with them. As the passes do not transfer or duplicate, it means the XBox character do not have them. I tried that but they haven't answered me at all. I looked on my account in Bungie and it shows neither pc or Xbox has the season pass.

I didn't create a character or anything though.
