I never got an answer from Bungie relating the support i need, and all they say about getting support is asking you to write it on this public forum which is visible to all other customers (not privacy friendly either). There is just no way to get in touch with Destiny 2 team relating whatever issue you have.
On this forum, most questions are unanswered or are not solved because there is no Bungie team involved...

because they don't like/want negative feedback

you know why.

4 RepliesThey're pretty active on the help forum. You should post there if you haven't already.

1 ReplyBecause game development is one of the only legal businesses that can just throw out any kind of untested and poor working garbage, ask you to overpay and prepay for "future" content, and tell you to -blam!- off all at the same time.

Why would they? They already made this place toxic by not listening to the problems in the game. Almost like they just do not care. not sure what the problems are at Bungie but they need to get their act together before this game dies like DUST514

1 ReplyHow many criminals leave a number to complain?

7 RepliesBungie only has one office. To most people a phone number would be long distance or international. Not to mention needing to cover 24hrs a day so a lot of staff. The first email/phone call may be in English but the next could be in German, French, Spanish, Japanese or one of over a dozen languages. Any helpline would be abused by people who just want to complain or "Bungie you gave to listen to my suggestions". Those needing help would be pushed to the side. Bungie publishes updates and help guides but no one bothers to read them. Bungie gets the blame for things that have nothing to do with them. Any help Bungie provides would be a link to their help guides or information updates. Who better than the players who have had issues to help others... they are also there 24/7 and able to deal with local languages. Are you willing to pay extra as helplines cost money to staff and supply equipment they need to do their job.

With how toxic nearly every game community is, I would not ever subject an employee to answering a customer service line for a video game.
