Preservation mission not showing up
I have completed the Witch Queen Campaign but not the raid. The mission icon does not show up below Raid icon on the map so I cannot start it.

Same here, I have the quest but the mission is not showing up on the map

I had the same issue. If you have someone else start the mission for you then it will work for completing the quest, but still needs to be fixed.
