Are warmind cells still a thing? I can't find any mods for them but I use to have them spawn from my ikelos smg

No Warmind = no Warmind Cells. I miss them much. I loved to use them to clear groups of enemies or run into them getting a shield and electrocuting enemies. I hope they'll come back...
