Maelstrom quest bug in Zephyr Concourse
I am not able to complete the Maelstrom quest in Zephyr Concourse because strand will not respawn after the 1st bonding. It's been 3 days now and I haven't had strand spawn anywhere in Neomuna. Anyone else experiencing this?

1 ReplyThe Strand points spawn at random. In ZC I know one appears on top the canopy over the juice bar. You can also watch the notification area of the for messages like "<player> seeking insight..." and then going over to where they are. Please note that the Stand points, once spawned, remain for about 30 seconds.
