You will have to run it again and claim the triumph(s). Bungie will not simply give it to you.
You have about 6 hours left to get the 'A Good Night's Sleep' emblem. Good luck.

they should tho… everything in game indicated that Nezarec was killed, including a seasonal engram and chest key… they should give them the triumph because since the task for the triumph was completed 🤷🏻♀️
