Aye it is ridiculous.. plus putting a requirement behind something that is relying on other players to give you was just stupid. Barely anyone gives them out. This will make it an incredibly tedious grind for so many

Since there is a pinnacle attached to the first 20 you give out each week (by character) I make sure to always give them out. Evidently this pinnacle has taken the place of the one for clan xp.

Indeed.. but your score only increases from those you receive, not give.. it's 4 points per normal playlist commendation. It'll take a very long time for the average player to get to 750, nevermind the scores you need for higher ranks. Combine that with them basically meaning nothing.. why are they there?

You are correct on the number needed for the triumph. But, as long as people can get (and know they can) a pinnacle for giving out commendations it is in their best interest to do so. Which makes progress on the triumph possible, but probably not fast enough for some people.

I am about half way there. But, I am not in any hurry as I am not sure I will be able to complete the legend LS requirement for level 7 anyway.
