Volatile flow still bugged and not activating on orb pick up

Had a similar issue. Using void SMG with overload, use volatile flow just fine. But if I put down a well and become radiant, volatile rounds don’t trigger at all. Seems to be an issue with radiant applying anti barrier to weapons, and the issue of one weapon being unable to have two anti champ mods. I used a void lmg with no champ mods and had volatile rounds proc with no issue.
