Hi, I know that this is probably not the right place to post my issue, but all communication with the EU Bungie Store support was fruitless so far.
On March 5th, 2023, I ordered the Destiny 2: Lightfall Original Soundtrack Digital Edition on EU Bungie Store. At first, I neither got the emblem codes, nor the soundtrack code delivered. After contacting support, I got the code for Radiant Reveille Emblem two days later. Since I hadn't got the code for the Luminary Kaleidoscope Emblem and the soundtrack yet, I contacted them again. The next day, I got the Luminary Kaleidoscope Emblem code, but still no sign of the soundtrack code. So, I had to contact them again. Since the, I didn't get any response from the support.
The problem is, the soundtrack was 'in stock' back then (it's digital) and already payed. Since 5 days, I only get automated sounding responses, but no details about why the soundtrack code still hasn't been sent to me.
I really need help, because I think contacting the support is going nowhere at this point. Thank you very much!
