Action figure at the bar bugged
Action figure at bar with the terminal overload in that area as well is messing up the action figure appearing. I beat all the guys that came three times now and no action figure!

I am also having this issue too. I may just try to log into my PS5 and try do it there because it could very well be a PC issue.
