Guardian ranks resetting every season means I don’t care about them.
It’s basically just another title but a less compelling one. This is also why the 750 commendations is too high. At the very least it needs gilding, but honestly it should have been much more involved and substantial. Everyone being a 6 is boring and meaningless. Grinding to have a 7-10 is not compelling. There needs to be something else displayed by people’s names besides a meaningless number.

17 RepliesYeah and plus don't you remember the lightfall reveal they mentioned how they were going to be rewards associated with guardian ranks and commendations as you level up your commendation level the more rewards will be available like cosmetics to show off to players in the tower where the hell is that? They were advertising as if they were going to add commodation record books like the kind of record books we had in destiny 1 for rise of iron!
