I ordered the pre-order at the first moment I got, waited till it came out and upon opening destiny 2 after the release of lightfall, it not only said I didn't own the license for it but after reading how to fix the issue, which entailed uninstalling D2 and reinstalling it, I have now lost the bonuses as files. I know I preordered it as I have the exclusive emblem and emote which is only gained from pre-ordering it and now I can't get my bonuses back unless I pay for the deluxe edition again. Any Ideas?
