I saw a couple of posts and replies talking about Nimbus being non-binary and that got me thinking is the Witness non-binary. I never heard anyone say he, him, or his or she, her, or hers when mentioning the Witness and the Witness said we even though the Witness was the only one there but that could be the fact that there are “faces” in the cloud of “smoke” above the Witness’s head but I don’t think that counts. And the Witness doesn’t look male or female and the voice sounds like a mix of different kinds of voices but that could just be the species having different voices. The Witness’s face looks more like a male alien but then has a female alien body style and yet again that could just be the species. But did that though ever occur to you before?
