Initially had this issue during my Warlock campaign run. Had to reset the artifact a couple times to fix the issue. Now whenever I pick up an orb with my hunter volatile rounds won't proc. Yes I can still use Gyrfalcons to get volatile rounds, but I'd like the artifact perk to work as advertised.
