Can someone please explain what the VEIL is?
I waited for years & Finished the campaign waiting on this moment to find out what the VEIL is. Nimbus is hard to interact with since he acts like a really Dumb surfer from the 80s. Was it just me or this DLC was almost complete all over the place.
