As title says. It’s a small quality of life change but I accidentally created a loadout I don’t need and I don’t want to make another one overwrite onto it

10 RepliesEdited by STEREO: 3/4/2023 6:13:33 PMHopefully people see this but you can do that. You just need to use the Destiny 2 app. Steps 1. Go to Guardian 2. Choose your class 3. In the bottom right hand corner is a button for loadouts, tapping this opens a drawer. 4. Tap on the loadout which should open a modal. 5. "Clear Loadout" (in red) 6. Profit

2 RepliesEdited by Guardian9834: 3/5/2023 2:42:52 PMCan't delete, can't change icon, can't edit it - it take a year's to fix. Bungie employees hired but not by their skills, they need to learn how to coding, but that's require knowledge in math, not sure if they did school...

1 ReplyWow, I missed that. How the F can they not realize that we will need to delete them. Also, can we re-name them or are the names fixed? I accidentally created one loadout which came up as "Gambit" for some reason.

Edited by SouLFeeS: 3/4/2023 5:55:20 PMI’m OK with overwriting. I’d rather see an option to rename. Edit: Never mind. You can do that in the app, too!

i would like the option to lock loadouts. You can save by mistake on the wrong one. Or maybe a long apply or a "confirm save"

3 RepliesEdited by Desolator0: 3/4/2023 10:04:21 AMHow did this exclusion get past QA testing? Lol, unbelievable how 6 years later, they give us the ability to make load-outs but not delete them. Even worse how they lock extra loadout slots (a huge player QoL feature) behind their ridiculous "Guardian Ranks" grind system that resets each Season.

Delete load outs ….and nimbus
-
Yeah the whole loadout system, while welcome, is still unashamedly half-baked.

You can delete load outs, but only in the companion app at the moment
-
just overwrite it🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️

3 RepliesEdited by xRealm: 3/4/2023 8:20:14 AMnot a solution but you can do it on the companion app, you just need to go to: guardian tab > whichever guardian you want > loadouts > the loadout you want to delete > clear loadout
im not sure if this works on the actual bungie.net website
-
Bruh there’s not a way to delete them 🤦♂️

1 ReplyWe’ve got bigger fish to fry at the moment
