For me the quest line “Welcome to the Hall of hero’s” step 2/4 is not retroactively progressing or progressing on any of my characters. The quest says to “Visit the damaged memorials to learn more about them and see what data can be salvaged” when I go to any of the damaged memorials at the back of the room in the hall of hero’s I can’t interact with any of the 5 that are back there. I have in the past already interacted with them but either I didn’t have the quest or it just didn’t work when I interacted with them to progress the quest. Is anyone else having this issue ?

2 Replies3/16 and still no fix. They could have at least figured a workaround. Abandoning the quest should reset progress but it doesn't.

Reset just happened and unfortunately it didn’t fix the issue. I’m really disappointed with bungie not at least acknowledging this problem. How much longer will we go with out getting this fixed and everything we are missing out on? Hopefully there is compensation of some kind strand meditation at least. Bungie Please fix this asap!!

Can't interact with any of the memorials on all three characters. Locked out of progression and rewards.

2 RepliesI am having the same exact issue.I run the story on a Hunter 1st where the issue originated.I decided to complete it on a warlock to if the issues resolved and no it didn’t.once I went to the hall of heroes and visited the pillar and picked up the quest it was already on step 2 and I still can’t scan the memorials.

This means no keys drop for us from chests in Neomuna, we cant complete the weekly bounty from Nimbus, we're locked out of the exotic glaive, we're locked out of Partition: Hard Reset which is a pinnacle and we're locked out of the Bluejay questline. We paid money for this content and its a lot of content we're missing out on. Kind of a serious issue

Same issue here. I've got 3/4 scanned but still can't scan the last damaged memorial. Tried several ways but won't fix it. Maybe there's one way that will help: 1. long press E even though there's no hint for interaction, and wait for about 1 min. 2. Try walking around and long press E at different angles of these memorials. As a result of this bug, I can't progress the mission to get the exotic glaive, AND can't unlock Nimbus' weekly bounty. Hope Bungie fix it asap.
