Assigned Guardian name, have one change available, but website/app won't let me change Bungie Name
Hey!
So after two years away (I haven't played D2 since November 2020) I bought and started Lightfall on Wednesday 1st March.
Even though my linked Xbox, PS and Steam accounts are all named 'matmurray', I was assigned 'Guardian4465#0303' as my Bungie Name.
The Destiny companion app says I have one change available, but an error pops up when I attempt to save the updated name. When I try to save it on the website, it 'saves', but upon refresh it goes back to the previously assigned name.
Can this be fixed? Or do I have this basic name forever now?
I haven't changed my Bungie Name before, the app says 'You have a Bungie Name change available' and 'matmurray' won't go against any terms, surely.
If anyone from Bungie (or anyone else for that matter!) reads this, please help!
