Sure we were all expecting poison... So what? Did they really have to come up with strand just because we weren't expecting it? When given the option to use strand during the campaign i ended up saying screw it and stuck with solar. Sure it's fun to grapple around but it really has no place in destiny imo. Poison could've been a much more potent subclass and would've been much more usable in endgame. I dont see much potential for strand.
