While trying to play the lightfall campaign with my brother his xbox series X consistently crashes with no error codes to the main xbox menu, on average every 20 minutes. It is not happening with any other xbox game. Things we've tried: Full console restart cycle after each crash. (with full power down, no energy save or rest mode) Deleting and reinstalling the game. (He's wired) Restarting the modem and routers Removing the recommended DLC from the posting. Removing the cache file on the xbox, powering off the xbox overnight. (clearing the console cache) Clearing the alternate MAC cache Switching to 1080p from 4k. (60hz only as 120hz isn't an option on his TV) Please if there are any other ideas let me know. He would like to clear the campaign with all his characters but even once is proving to be a chore.
