Lightfall has locked my Unbroken Title (4x Gilded)
I entered Lightfall with Unbroken equipped (Gilded 4 times, earned in Season of The Lost).
I noticed I was given the Glorious Title (Didn't earn that), so I equipped it. Tried to go back to Unbroken, and couldn't.
It looks like a new Triumph was added to Unbroken - Fabled Warrior: Earn weapons from the Fabled Glory Rank. Seems like I've completed it? But can't redeem it, because Unbroken is a Legacy Title.

TLDR: I've been locked out of my Unbroken Title, which I worked very hard for since Forsaken.

I’ve been having the same problem. Got unbroken a while back and have been using it but then I took it off this new season (season of defiance) and now i can’t equip it. It says it’s unlocked and i have the option to equip it but when i click it nothing happens. Please resolve this!

Same! I guilded mine 3x and unfortunately didn't had equiped because a day before the dlc I changed to match my raid team. Same triumph, same exactly situation. I posted here and also on twitter. Hopefully we get some news soon, it's my favorite seal.

Unfortunately while the API is still having some issues/not been updated, no one can check to see why it may be relocked you for
