I preordered the $100 Lightfall edition and I don’t have the season pass. I’m supposed to get it with the expansion preorder and now I just don’t know what to do. Does anyone know how to fix?

I've had this issue as well. I'm on PS4. I cleared my cache, logged back in, and now my season pass is registering for me.
