I can't even get to the queue I'm just permanently connecting
Title, trying to log in, get past the title screen but then just get stuck connecting.

Not sure if this will work for all. (I am on a Series X) I’ve been following all the troubleshooting provided and nothing worked. I uninstalled everything INCLUDING Lightfall and its preorder bonuses leaving only the base game installed and it launched. I have made it thru the launch trailer and intro cutscene to the directory now.

i figured it out, delete the kill tracker ghot and cold heart dlcs, since they old af and it will work, it works for me now

Uninstalling the kill-tracker ghost pre-order pack add-on worked for me.

8 RepliesOK guys found a fix, uninstall all expansions then add only Shadowkeep, beyond light, witch queen then lightfall one by one. Works then!

I had this issue too, just stuck on connecting, I had to also uninstall the kill tracker ghost and cold heart preorder packs, then it worked for me.

ON XBOX IF YOU UNINSTALL ALL DLC YOU CAN LOAD IN ON BASE DESTINY, don’t know what to do after but at least i got in 😂
