ISSUE: "kickstart" mods not working when another cdr buff is active
REPRO STEPS:
1) equip one or two grenade kickstart mod
2) trigger a cdr buff : tested with hallowfire heart when super energy is full and with heart of inmost light after summoning a barricade to get the "grenade energised" buff
3) use your grenade.
ACTUAL RESULT: no grenade energy back.
EXPECTED RESULT: With two grenade kickstart mod, you should expect 25% of your grenade energy coming back after using your grenade.
LINKS and NOTES : i found other discussion on the topic, it apparently affects all kickstart mods (per [url=https://www.reddit.com/r/DestinyTheGame/comments/r7dpx6/kickstart_mods_sunspots_and_hallowfire_heart/]this thread[/url] and it seems to be the case since at least wendsday december 8 2021 per [url=https://www.reddit.com/r/DestinyTheGame/comments/rbjcg9/hallowfire_heart_doesnt_seem_to_work_with_grenade/]this thread[/url].

1 ReplyEdited by tchakael: 2/25/2023 6:33:37 PMKickstart works by giving energy if your skill charge stays low for around half a second. It never synergized well with other buffs, because if you're over that threshold it just doesn't activate.
