Duality solo is miserable
I just finished my first Duality solo run. It took me 4 hours and was my 8th clear of the dungeon (that’s not a lot!). It was a miserable experience but I wanted to complete it before “difficulty returned to Destiny 2” and I recommend anyone else whose been putting it off to do the same. That is, assuming you want to.

1 ReplySolo run is on normal. Bungie said normal will not change… so no hurry. You can do next season too.

2 RepliesIt seems it would take hours. GoA for example, I’d have to have 10 runs on the Ogre to beat it. Assuming I could get enough heavy to drop… soloing dungeons seems miserable in general.

5 RepliesCouldn't agree more. Soloing dungeons is one and done practically, cause it's such a miserable experience you rarely wannna do it again. I will not be buying more of them.

1 ReplyCongratulations. I can’t even solo the lost sectors to get the gear needed to solo a dungeon. What was loreli like before the nerf? The times I did solo lost sectors, there was NEVER an exotic drop. I’ve watched a great game go from great to grind to miserable with ever lower chance to get a good drop. My preOrder is cancelled and I have played continuously since D1 beta. There are always new hires to replace the retirees. They will never know jumping before clamber Crucible has always been miserable. The greatest thing is the teamwork and many friends made who play this game. Solo Duality? No way. That is quite a feat.

yeah i struggle to solo duality. Gave up after a dozen times since i ran out of time to get staffs or getting swarmed by the ads. I might try again but only master would be getting reworked not normal difficulty next dlc.

6 RepliesI have solo flawlessed grasps and prophecy. Almost had spire of the watcher solo flawlessed but a supplicant decided to play fetch with my fusion grenade. Duality solo flawless just is not fun for me. I tried a few times, but can not for the life of me, make it past second encounter. I never have enough time to get just one banner and ring the bell to come back.

The dungeon isn’t hard at all. It’s the bugs that made it miserable.

3 RepliesI solo it a couple of weeks ago took a break at the end to resume the next day didn't get the solo emblem. I'm guessing you have to solo it in one setting sorry but I have a life. Not playing for 4 hours to get nothing.

Given the number of times I've been killed by "the architects" in that dungeon, I have nothing but sympathy.

Obviously this isn't helpful, but it's much easier when you know the dungeon better. I probably did it 20 times in a team before soloing it. Was much smoother that way.

I didn't think it was bad. The only stressful part for me was fearing for bugs.

You eliminate the bugs by only banking one standard at a time in first encounter. Makes the first encounter longer but seems to cure any buggy stuff later in the run.

3 RepliesLol, pretty much the only triumph I’m missing on every dungeon seal is completing them solo. I just can’t never motivate myself enough to do it.

It’s really frustrating for solo players that are not PVE gods for sure. Miserable is my experience of other dungeons.
