Companion app on phone and PC does not recognize characters
When i log into my companion app, I am linked to my steam account but it says that this account is not linked to any characters. I do not have any cross platform enabled nor have I ever and this problem randomly occurred after the app was working fine for over 2 weeks.

Hi, same here, Account: slideoff_tom#3619 When I start the game I only have 1 Charakter and I have my normal account on PS and nothing is here ingame. I want my PS Charakter that would be so nice before lightfall. And in the Webapp and the normal Bungie app there is no way to switch to my PS Charaktere back. Please Help bungie thx. ❤️

1 ReplySame here. I started having this issue yesterday (2/23/23) in the morning, I think. Logging out of my account and back in has not fixed it. I am able to log in to the game and play on my characters, but the companion app and bungie website state there are no characters linked to my account, and my API feed stopped updating when the error started happening. I have a linked PS and Steam account, cross save enabled, and mainly play on PC, if that makes any difference.

Doesnt load director or guardian in the companion app. Says i have no characters. I can play my character on playstation but it says im not part of my clan either.

Same here! The companion app says “can’t find any information for the linked accounts “, so does bungie.net, and the cross save page cannot complete loading… Please fix this! I’m a new player, when I got my hands on this app I’m so excited to explore the item, the merchant NPC and bounties at off-game hours… pleas bungie give this pleasure back to me especially when Lightfall is coming……….
