50 Spire Completions. No Bow. No Hunter Cloak.
Bungie.
I'm at -40- (make that 50) Spire of the Watcher completions. This is silly.
Hierarchy of Needs bow has not dropped.
The Hunter TM-Earp cloak hasn't dropped.
At this point, I'm doing it out of spite.
EDIT: it took 55 completions for the TM-Earp cloak to drop.

1 ReplyThe bow is only 3 times per week (your first completion on each character). Bungie has also gone on record saying that the Warlock Helmet, Titan Helmet, and Hunter cloak have the lowest possible drop rate they could give them. Something to chase. I only have the Titan helmet.

This is why my motivation to try and complete dungeons, raids, etc, goes into the toliet. The challenge "can" be fun, but if there is no real reward at all for your hard work, then why continue trying. Throw a bone or something, ha!

4 RepliesI think the only time I actually got the class item on my Titan and Warlock was when I completed the final boss on master difficulty. I may have to try it one more time on my Hunter. It’s just an idea.

I would use LFG but I’m not that good at hosting boss farms and haven’t found any posts of others farming it. Does the last boss have a better chance at dropping the cloak? I haven’t killed the last boss yet due to him being a nightmare to solo.

1 Replyit's RNG, complaining about a program that's randomized will not change it. Plus, it drops primarily on 2nd encounter. For the bow, do all the booster triumphs - mine dropped right after I did my solo

1 ReplyStrange, I’m at 21 clears and have everything. I worked on the seal and solo flawlessing it so have probably opened more chests then the 21 clears indicates though. Have you done all the things that improve the exotic drop rate?

Yeah, I gave up on dungeons in this game. Never got the sword or the bow from this year's dungeons. Will not be buying more of them. It's pointless.

1 ReplyJust farm the specific encounter. The class item is the 2nd encounter. Get there solo on another class which is realy easy to do then create a lfg post to farm 2nd encounter. Add 1 of them as a bungie friend then as you load in switch to your hunter and rejoin them. When encounter complete switch back to the other character and invite the other 2 ppl from the lfg app again. And repeat until it drops.

I've done Spire on all 3 characters every week since its release and still haven't had the bow drop. I've even unlocked 4 of the 5 triumphs to increase the drop rate.
