Bungie Is No Better than Activision
The title say it all!!! Practically nobody has asked to have Destiny 2 be even more difficult. If I wanted to play an enraging difficulty I would be playing
Dark Souls. Just give us new Strikes or loot that you can’t just get anywhere!!! This is not the comment of a hater… Your game is amazing, but you guys are listening to the wrong people, people with nothing but time to burn. I have a life I can’t play Destiny 24/7.

Activision is a horrible company. They are and always were MILLION times better than Greedie, sorry, Bungie. People who still counter argue that are out of their mind. D1 was universally loved, Destiny 2 year 2 was pointed out as the best timeframe of Destiny in general. Who was still around during those times? Yes, Activision. Bungie on their own are horrible, absolutely trash.

2 RepliesYou should have said Activision is better than this business because this business is nowhere near what the actual Bungie represents, and Activision had to save this business behind from losing the entire player base. The truth is, this business was hiding behind Activation while the fans were blaming Activation all these years up until the split for this business's poor actions. It's funny how all of them went silent when reality woke them up.

These newly-tuned Legend activities, like Legend Seraph Shield, aren't as much hard as they are tedious. Everything is a bullet sponge. Turning a 20-30 min activity into a potentially 1-1.5hr activity, depending on an LFG group, isn't fun. Some content is too easy. I get it. This just feels overtuned to me. Too spongy. I thought we already learned sponges aren't fun from the first D1 strikes, "whether we wanted it or not".

15 RepliesIn reality, what we wanted was Choice. If I want a harder challenge, with better rewards, then I'll play harder content. If i want to just get it done, then I should be able to play what I want. But Bungle isn't about being inclusive, it's always "Their Way or the Highway".

Bungie doesn't actually have to make new content if they just make minor shifts to the same old existing junk.

Power creep has been a real problem for well over a year. We have been living in a 3.0 world while pve enemies are stuck in a 2.0 world…. It’s that simple

Sorry Mate, but the game is stupid easy even right now! If people use SPUD guns like Osteo Striga (Me :-) and Trinity Ghoul and Witherhoard NOTHING is hard!! If you want a challenge use NON-SPUD guns and lower your light level by wearing blues with no mods. Then do pinnacles... AHHH that's better... LMFAO Activision leaving Bungie was the WORST thing Bungo ever did. They should have praised them and their studios and creators. What we have now is a hollow shell of what was basically Destiny 101. Fanboys will disagree but it's the truth. Since Forsaken (Without Doubt the best this game EVER got!) It's been split with Activision, Joe Blackburn, recycled EVERVERSE CENTRIC spoonfeed CRAP! PERIOD! I LOVE and HATE this game but I'm Addicted no matter what! Peace out dudes!!

They are already taking away power level so you won't have to worry about pinnacles anymore How easy do you want it, all enemies die when you load in the mission, and all you have to do is just press a button to open the chest I am no harcore elite player,but the game is way too easy -
Definitely not like Dark Souls, those games reward playtime.

My confused part is why raise our power level, or put a number there, while we will literally never be able to play with said power level in the activities? 🤔🤦

I honestly could careless if they made d2 into a dark souls clone at this point I just want something to do. Every game thats come out so far this year was either too short or too generic and boring. So bring on the difficulty changes I really don't care anymore, destiny 2 has always found a way to drag me back in somehow so if its still enjoyable then who cares. But if by some off chance that its a mediocre change and its annoying to deal with then I guess I'll quit then till they change it to something else then. So we'll just have to wait and see if its truly a bad change or if bungie actually knows what there doing.

Their PvP/sandbox team is not good by any standard. I cannot believe they are this lost when it comes to PvP.

After playing destiny 1 for a while I felt a difference and I won’t lie, d2 is not just stupidly easier or anything in fact it’s for the most surprising things The quality of life changes. D1 made you need to collect ammo for all your weapons, enemies were a lot harder to kill and actually could take and give a hit back harder and there were no well, charge of light, warmind cell mods, there were non of these, so it was practically ability and gun play that the player has to rely on D2 does this, gives you abilities that give you damage resistance, damage, ability energy so many ways to deal with all of it and make it mind numbing easier, so it’s not just cause it’s easy bungie has made it easy D1 gave you tough adds that you needed to outplay, cabal didn’t have weakness to their shield, captains could go invisible and their aim was almost spot on, everything about destiny 1 was to show that you could not just run in guns blazing D2 you can and get rewarded for it
