You’re wrong. Streamers act as advertisers for Bungle. They need content that allows them to make videos. If Bungle doesn’t make the changes they want, they go promote another game. The easiest and cheapest way to change content is to make it harder. New gear and new maps take money and Bungle is all about money.

I think the real anger here stems from a few things; First, the catastrophically poor sense of what we want in Destiny, and what we will continue to tolerate. Bungie is (DELIBERATELY IMO) miss interpreting an across the board DEMAND for a more rewarding experience to mean that we wanted more Difficulty. This pissed everyone off. Secondly, this is blatant attempt to twist player understanding of game design as a concept. The IMPLICATION here being that making the game more rewarding must [b]always[/b] come tied to more BS difficulty. This, of course, is a lie. Thirdly, and more troubling, the [i][b]WAY[/b][/i] Bungie is adding the 'difficulty' is deliberately LAZY & Amateurish. Tiny Indy studios would do better work over a weekend. So you really know what I mean I will spell it out to you: [b][i]No AAA Studio should EVER add "ARTIFICIAL DIFFICULTY" to a game. [/i][/b] It always hurts the game experience. The way to adjust difficulty to increase challenge is through behavioral changes tied to the Ai, reactions to the player, adjusting or introducing new tactical dynamics, perhaps with map alterations to alter the playing field in ways that change the dynamics. This coupled with the absurd recent posts from Bungie tell the players pretty clearly, that any future work on Destiny will essentially be slapped together trash with the minimal possible effort, BUNGIE doesn't want to OVERDELIVER. Finally, Bungie has been slapping together changes and 'new content' this way the whole last year (not including Witch Queen). Even longer if we consider horrible and inept Difficulty scaling as long as I can remember. We are starting to realize just how much Bungie has deliberately skimped on quality. Now we know it was on purpose the entire time! It was all to build a cheap repeatable template for making more abominations like this. Whose only true purpose is to grind up players, wasting unimaginable hours of their time in a predatory system designed top to bottom to get maximum money for absolute bottom of the barrel effort. This is [i]WHY[/i] Sony bought Bungie, and what did Bungie promised them? 12 more like destiny by 2025?!?? Its now Crystal clear Bungie NEVER intended to make Destiny 2 what it could be. We found him, someone with a need to justify his streamer subscription. You know it is okay to try and play the game and not just look at and copy streamer load outs. Most people play the game to relax. Instead of them ruining pve they should have given that love to the pvp side. I personally don’t like pvp but those players needs some real QOL improvements and have been left to far behind.

Dont cater streamers but invites them to launch events, sends them game packages and listens to there feedback. Why would anyone think they cater to streamers at all.

It’s hard to have fun when I can’t use the weapons I have fun with because they’re not the chosen weapon for champions. It’s why I haven’t played the game in a long time. It’s not fun anymore because of the decisions bungie makes.
