1 ReplyLobby balance and matchmaking in all modes is a joke. The amount of unbalanced and blowout games is really sad. When it's good it can be really good but when it's bad it's really bad and it has been mostly really bad. Bungie cant seem to even do the very basic, obvious things like don't put the 2-3 clearly best players in the lobby all on the same team. If they can't even do the very simple things there is no real hope of ever have real matchmaking and balance in PVP.

Bungle don't care , not sure if they ever have Matchmaking is the worst in any game , in most other games you are put against similar skill levels, you need that to get better at the game its how you learn, if you just get stomped 5-0 in trials all the time its not good and it demoralises the players and they just leave. There are loads of ways they could improve trials and if they make it easier to get the adept weapons it would make a difference, for instance getting an adept weapon on a 7 win card for 1 run and then subsequent runs have to be flawless would be a good way. This way its easier to get an adept weapon but not to farm a god roll one and it will encourage more and more players to play and at the same time get loot and improve. Loot is the main reason why anyone wants to play but with the 7 win against a complete random team unless you are in a team that you know are good then you have no chance. I know Bungle dont give a toss as last week i met a player that somehow was manipulating it so he always joined on the opposite team to one of his mates and they just Kill Farmed all gam,e and didnt kill each other, looking at his steam page posts were made ref this going back weeks , so i reported and sent a vid link to support and they closed the ticket and he is still playing, so i sent a follw up and again still no ban. So yes proof that Bungle really dont care and they go on about how they are fixing things yet they let players like this tool ruin other players games without any punishment at all.

At some point, we all need to realize it's not the matchmaking, it's the PvP that sucks. If they were capable of a good matchmaking, we'd all learn much sooner that the experience was going to be horrible regardless. It was designed for fireteams to pubstomp the poor solo que, and heavily rewarding the squad for it while wasting everyone else's time that had aspirations of a good time or good loot. You're better off to just play the bare minimum of Destiny PvP (for challenges) and play a better PvP game elsewhere. My dream would that you can get all loot from other activities, where you're not forced to play PvP if you don't want to for PvP exclusive loot and viscera with other activities.

3 RepliesTrails last week in freelance, I walked to game 6 and finished game 6 with untouched, went into game 7 and still had mercy but my team mates for game 7 were absolutely useless 🤯 they died within the first 15 seconds for the whole 5 games. Mercy got used and I thought to myself surely I can’t get team mates as bad as that again. I was wrong on sooo many levels, I don’t understand how the hell them 4 players got to win 6 matches and then bungie puts them with me knowing am going to lose with them.. It’s as if there’s an algorithm that says no chief you defo ain’t going flawless this weekend.

1 ReplyI played the competitive playlist yesterday to complete the seasonal challenge for BD. People on my team were either AFK or just jumping off the map, which was annoying tbh.

BUNGIE I NEED TO WIN ALL THE MATCH WITH THE MATCHMAKING. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR ME K/D. I MERIT TO WIN ALL THOSE MATCH I GET A GOD ROLLED ARMOR EACH MATCH I WIN INCLUDING A GOD ROLLED WEAPON.

I’ll tell you one thing that has got to be fixed — remove quitter penalties from freelance comp IF one of my teammates quits first. 2v3 is pretty much a guaranteed loss in comp, yet if I leave because I don’t want to waste 10-15 min getting stomped after my teammate leaves, I get penalized. Absolutely ridiculous.
