I cannot find the Deep Explorer Boots in my universal ornaments list despite having previously unlocked them. I believe this issue first started when I attempted to change my leg ornament during the transmat sequence in Operation: Seraph Shield; the result was that I could not receive my weapons and was stuck in third person until death. I later realized I was missing the Deep Explorer Boots as an ornament option. I later completed the Duality dungeon hoping that re-earning the boots would allow me to transmog them again but this did not solve the issue. I have the boots in my warlock's inventory but I can not turn them into universal ornaments.
