What is Considered High-Stat Armor?
Example: Veritas Grips with a total stat score of 63. Would that be considered high? If not, what is?

63 if it is Artifice, yes. 65 and up otherwise. Because you get +12 from Masterworking, and you can throw a +10 mod on. Artifice I am willing to go 60-65 cause it has the extra mod socket so it's overall value is higher to me. I found if you are doing a Master Dungeon for artifice, you get higher stats using a ghost mod that focuses one stat.
