What is Considered High-Stat Armor?

Example: Veritas Grips with a total stat score of 63. Would that be considered high? If not, what is? Edit: This is probably the most helpful responses I have had in a long time. Super, super helpful, y'all! Thank you for your input!

(Disclaimer, some might consider this picky). 68 is the max for legendary gear, and 70 is the max for Exotics. 2. At least 18 for your desired spiked stats, as high as 23, and no lower than 16. Low total stats (sub 60) with high spikes in your desired stats are acceptable. 3. Accounting for total stats, consider armor with undesirable stats as low as possible, 2. This will help you maintain an even spread of stats if it's not as "spiky" as you desire. Example, I do not desire Mobility or Intellect, so even a 60 stat armor can be decent if both are sitting at 2. 4. Stats are packaged in 2 subgroups with Mobility, Resilience and Recovery 1st, and Discipline, Intellect and Strength 2nd. These subgroups have a max of 34 stat total (35 for Exotics). Try to make your desired stats one from each subgroup. Same goes for your undesirable stats.
