It's not just Fortress. It's Trials and Competitive too. Unless the other team has a super or specific heavy weapons it's incredibly risky and difficult to shut down a bubble, and considering it's in the fastest cooldown tier that's kind of a problem.
Bubble will still be good after the nerf, it'll just be less of an instant win button.

Never was instant win. I've practically mained void Titan since D1 and never felt that then or now in D2 when trying to shut down void Titan opponents. After the Titan nerfs over the last season it's overkill imo. Whip out and unload a brigands law sidearm clip, a few pellet shotty rounds, and a nade or two, all within about 10-15 seconds and you'll very collapse a bubble as it currently stands solo or at least get very close. And if teammates are helping, even faster. Wimpy barricades and a lame weaker bubble? Dude...I don't even see where people see the logic in justifying it. Let's cut the crap and just agree that Titans got super shafted and plastered with excessive nerfs. And got a lame rotten moldy cherry on top with a boring roaming super for Strand. I dunno what you main, but I'm definitely butt hurt and not as excited as I was after seeing what was coming for Titans. Hype kinda killed.

I play all three classes pretty equally but after my grind for Glorious this season I have absolutely no sympathy for barricades getting nerfed. If destroying a bubble from the outside with no supers or heavy was as feasible as you say it is I feel like I would've seen more people doing it. I think since 2017 I've seen it happen once and that wasn't even in my game. It was a clip on twitter of three warlocks destroying a bubble with Cerberus +1. I'm not excited for the Titan Strand super but I'm not really excited for the Hunter super either. Roaming supers are just kinda -blam!- right now.
