I saw the abilities article, but that's not really touching on everything. I also saw that the dev's tweet is deleted (unless it was a bad link or somethin). Either way, I don't think its out of the realm of possibility for Well to be nerfed. Its possible that its just not meant to be public yet, or not coming out with Lightfall but later on instead.
