Why does being invis incur a penalty but having a void over shield doesn’t?
Why does being invis have a radar debuff but void over shield which actually effects ttk and is active after making an offensive action has been left untouched whilst being far more overpowered?

Void invis has a radar penalty. And no, the OS is not far more overpowered.
