Subclass usage email
I have verified my email address and everything but have not received the subclass usage email. Please help me.

Same problem, I wish they can just create a website so we can see our stats whenever we want...

Adding to the list. I really really want that email and I sure hope I get it because I don't wanna wait another long period of time just to not get it Not in any spam folders and not in any of my emails despite it being verified.

Adding to this as well. Just stopped receiving emails in 2021. Updated and verified email over and over. It has to be something they are doing otherwise you would not get the verification email. But you do, so they seem to either just not care or picking and choosing who they want to communicate with.

have you changed your email since then because even if you change emails and update it on the site they will still send emails to your old email try checking that

In just checked, I haven't received anything since tbe end of December. Checked my settings, I am opted in for email, my email is correct, no, it's not in my spam folder.

Adding to the pile, I have not received the email as well. I used to get these types of emails, I'm wondering if maybe I disabled it accidentally somewhere? I've combed through my account setting options and I don't see anything disabled or related to these types of emails.

I am also in the same boat been this way since 11/08/21 the $450 bungie diary survey was the last email I have received. Originally thought it was spam and clicked the block all communication at the bottom of the email only to realize it was legit after talking to some clan mates. I went to my bungie account re opted In for all communications because apparently the link reset those along with some mysterious database they have not been able to fix? Would love for this to get resolved some day I have thousands of hours in this game. Also if support ever reads this someday I still have the email and would be glad to work with someone to try to help shed some light on these issues.

Gonna add my name to the long list too. The last email I have, aside from reverifying my email, is from 7/19/22. Haven't gotten one since.
