I have not received a marketing email from Bungie since season of the chosen. I have done everything that has been shared publicly (to my knowledge) including what I believe was the most recent update in the 5/12/22 twab. Just wanted to post to see if there is any other workaround or updates for this issue.

I've done everything in that TWAB as well as check my cross save emails too. Everything is the same and verified. I can get emails from bungie orders but nothing about Destiny 2.

checked email, account verified and nothing in spam folder but I have not received an email from bungie since 2020 :/

Exactly the same here, no emails at all. I have taken all the steps required and suggested but nothing at all. Can anyone at Bungie help us out here please?

There are [b]still[/b] dozens of us. Saw my clanmates sharing the emails and saw that even though I'd reset everything as instructed I still haven't gotten any emails. I'm glad they gave us a way to vote on the festival of the loss armors but that's not a long term solution.

Have not gotten any in years, and I do their checklist of things to try every email. It's literally been years. Wish they would just reach out and solve it one by one for us. So tired of the entire clan sharing stats except a couple of us that never can.
