Titan,cowboyhat,transmog glitched?

I completed spire dungeon on my titan and got the cowboy hat but it doesn't show up in my transmog system. I've gotten two of them and i even deleted one to see if it works but i still haven't got the helmet in my transmog. What the hell? Help anyone

You're either wearing it, or you both versions of your helmet were artifice which doesn't count for transmog

You can't transmog Artiface armor. You need a regular set.
