It seems that some of the buttons used for triggering red chest in King's Fall either don't get registered or get undone upon progression through locations in the raid. Today I've had a combo of buttons in Golgoroth encounter, and two buttons that follow in the jumping sections (secret chest and above the door at the end of jumping part). We pushed all three buttons 100%, but didn't get the message that confirms them being correct. I couldn't backtrack into Golgoroth encounter since there is a door blocking path back, but I have a strong suspicion that something is wrong with it specifically.
