Blue drops pushed shards out of postmaster.
I lost yet another full stack of ascendant shards to blues. All from 2 grandmaster runs. Seriously these things need to just be out of the game entirely. If these things gave shards or literally anything useful whatsoever in terms of materials I could get it. But all I run at this point is end game activities and I’ve been well above soft cap for weeks. So why are these still dropping after the last update. Removing them as activity rewards wasn’t even a drop in the bucket of water in terms of reducing blues being dropped.

If you're only running endgame content then you should 1 know this has been a thing forever. 2 clear your postmaster out after each activity if the "rewards" mean anything to you. 3 make room on you character by using up excess materials so they aren't sitting in the postmaster. I get the frustration with losing so called "rewards" The caps could be raised some, but this will unfortunately still happen even then. As you said, you only run "end game content" so losing these things shouldn't really bother you knowing that they drop like candy and you can easily get more.

2 RepliesBungie has already said due to issues with the last update the changes to the loot system did activate. It will now go live in another update. As for the list items that is your fault for using the postmaster as storage. He is there as a second chance to pick up missed items not to store materials in.

13 RepliesThen stop leaving shards in there? The only way it could have possibly filled up in 2 runs is if it were already full or near full, postmaster isn't storage
