Disassemble Mechanic for non-craftable weapons. Like we learned to eventually decript our own engrams to an extent, we should learn to be able to breakdown and rebuild some of the non craftable weapons. Say you find 2 weapons that are near misses of what you want, it would be a very cool feature to be able to disassemble a weapon using the selected weapon as a base and then choosing its sister near miss and changing one perk on the base weapon to that of the donor. This way we have 2 ways to craft weapons, one that does not take as much time to build a weapon from the ground up.
This will give non-craftable weapons a solid place in our vaults and not have us feel like these weapons are just hold overs until we can get our hands on a fully buildable version. Craftable weapons will still be worth the effort thanks to the Enhanced perks.
Also Considering all of the work we put into Relic Weaponry, they should have the class of Adept built into them at some sort of level so we can use the Adept Mods in them at the very least. Perhaps level 35 or 40.
