cannot verify sms
have been trying to verify my bungie account for the past two weeks & I never receive a code, and the webpage continuously shows the loading symbol after entering number
has anyone been having this problem?
any and all help is appreciated! thank you for taking the time to read

Thanks to [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/User/Profile/3/4611686018528168897?bgn=Alej]Alej[/url], I've found that enabling cookies does indeed fix the problem! I have AdBlock enabled on my browser, so it was hiding the cookie verification at the bottom of the webpage. After disabling, I was able to accept cookies and verify my account all in one go! Thank you all for your replies. tldr: disable adblock, accept cookies and it will work

Hey guys! I was able to get it working finally by accepting cookies. My ad blocker kept hiding the agreement on the bottom of webpage, but after whitelisting the site it worked! I hope this can help you guys get verified as well

Same for me. I verify and it just loads and loads and loads. Kept it going for 30min before exiting out.

I was running into the same problem. My issue was that I hadn't accepted the website terms at the bottom of the screen. It's almost transparent to me as it appears to be the same "accept cookies" prompt all sites have.

I have the same problem. Just loading and nothing... I have tried different browsers and still doesn't work no matter what.

1 ReplyA friend of mine started a couple of weeks ago. Been trying to get his phone validated so that we could run raids or have a go at competitive pvp. Still nothing. We tried different phones and even reinstalling the game, but still nothing. Tried other recommendations I've read here but nothing works. Hope we get a fix soon
