Let us shape weapons at level 17, when we reached it to free up vault space
I'd like to free up some space by deleting unused shaped weapons but with the long leveling grind I just don't want to do it again, before I can reacquire the perks I want. Instead it would be much more user friendly, if I could shape the weapon at level 17 (maximum perk requirement atm.) when I already leveled a previous copy to or past this point.

The system is stupid. Once I craft and level a weapon to say 17, of I craft another one it should be at 17 also. Either that or have us buy the enhanced perks we want and change them for different situations at no cost.
