If use citans in pve vs all the other good exotics you are a detriment to your fireteam

This would imply I use em at all. There are way better options to use in pve than citans.

Revive pool is going to be 0 by the time you reach the boss of a GM. All because Citans kept getting shield popped😂.

If you honestly die 10+ times in a Gm, you need to do better.
