I might get some backlash for this but I feel that repulsor brace (void weapon kills on void debuffed enemies generate a void overshield) should be a fragment and echo of instability (void grenade kills make void weapons inflict volatility) should be a void weapon trait. Nothing needs to change about them, just swapping the places. IMO it would give void weapons a trait booster like incandescent and voltshot. It would also allow all void sub classes to activate a void overshield without relying on a titan or specific weapon.
