Just adding another comment for Bungie visibility. Crafting triumphs are definitely broken for me too. Hopefully fixed before the season ends as Shape Opulent Weapons is the last triumph I need from Season of the Haunted! I believe the issue is with crafted weapon triumphs based on a few other posts here and on Reddit.
