Revision Zero exotic quest rewards
Done the retrofit quest 2 weeks in a row now for the last 2 catalysts for Revision Zero and they haven't dropped from the chests or from mission complete. Why isn't the quest dropping rewards? All my friends are also having this issue. I'm doing the mission on legend as required by the quest.

Step 6 is the one that then requires an activity completion on Legend. If you complete the mission while the catalyst quests are still on Step 5, missing the pickup, there will be no progress.
