There is no way it was intended to work this way, the recoil is VASTLY different from Stormchaser. It is recoiling on the first bullet of the pulse the same way a single shot linear fusion does. A normal LFR kicks into the air, and then settles before the second bullet comes out. Fire and Forget kicks into the air in the exact same way, except the second and third bullet of the pulse fires only after the apex of the initial recoil. Stormchaser works like a normal pulse would, kicking into the air gradually with each bullet out of the pulse which makes controlling it more predictable. Bungie, it's not on your known issues list but please fix this gun. I really want to use it but as it stands it is a terrible power weapon.
